We’re thrilled to announce the launch of an intimate new event series dedicated to our signature small-batch agave spirit — U22. Each dinner in this exclusive series will celebrate the craft, flavor, and story behind U22, pairing it with an unforgettable culinary experience curated by our chefs and mixologists at California Tacos Cantina & Distillery – Buellton.

This is more than just a dinner — it’s an evening dedicated to the art of agave. Guests will enjoy a four-course chef-driven menu, with each course thoughtfully paired with U22-inspired cocktails, neat pours, and guided tasting notes. Throughout the evening, our distillers and beverage team will share the story behind U22, our process, and how we’re redefining agave spirits here in Santa Barbara County.
